In the last couple of weeks we've had buckets of fabulously "scar-free" potatoes, perfect for baking and many, many courgettes.
There has been a steady supply of fruit and this week we pulled some purple, yellow and orange carrots along with some beans, more courgettes and the first of the blackberry season.
Something we had to do in order to complete the harvest of raspberries was weed them. Believe it or not in the last two months the weeds have grown into towering obelisks shading the fruit within the cage (big top) - I haven't dare attempt it until some of the footpath edges were clearer. That's my excuse! ;-)
