Yay finally, we got the fruit cage finished on Saturday night - raspberries moved and replanted. A good job done and one that’s been hovering over us for the last year. I’ve included a few photographs from different views. We have a few more flag stones to move into place and should have a delivery of the clay pebbles in the next fortnight so we can complete the top (Raspberry) area but I hope you will agree - I think it looks fabulous but then I've had to wait a long time to get it to this.
Yesterday we planted the courgettes and Marrows in the large box (covered with fleece) front left and some Gigantella® Maxim in the box behind...I can’t wait to try these!
On Saturday I visited the Harrogate Flower Show with my grandparents. Took some photos of some lovely Orchids, new for this year and another picture of a gazebo Grand-pa is hoping to erect in his garden. Not particularly interesting but it was a lovely day and the pictures reflect that :-)
